The One Hour Life Plan
A “photo-copy-able” planning, teaching & assessment tool that results in a written plan for life, school & work. Students complete fill in the blank plan with checklists of the following topics: Jobs, Hobbies, Study Tips, Skills, Values, Interests, Learning Styles, Independent Living Needs, Community participation needs, Job Needs, College Needs. Intended for general education students.
The Quick and Easy Transition Plan
Formerly: The Forty-Five Minute Transition Plan
Workable Assessments now offers a derivative of the One Hour Life Plan, specifically geared to Special Education Professionals working in Transition. This is a comprehensive assessment tool used to develop student-centered transition Individual Education Programs (IEPs) as well as to assist in meeting compliance standards. Students complete the plan using a checklist of items in each of seven key transition areas. An accompanying booklet eases the task of writing IEPs that meet student interests, goals, needs, objectives, and present levels of performance.
The 15 Minute Career Plan is a tool used by guidance counselors with students to quickly and easily gather employment and education goals. Tool includes student checklists of activities to be completed as students make plans for work and education after high school.
